4 Real

I have tried to diet on and off since having Noah. Well, this time it is for real and I am motivated to stick with it. I have searched and researched all kinds of plans on the Internet, and even had consultations with some big companies like Jenny Craig. I found a FREE yes free program on the internet called healthy living. I will be doing a 1200 calorie vegetarian diet. What is so nice is that you can customize your meal plan and it calculates all the calories for you. Plus, if you want to eat out, it gives you dining tips and calorie counts too! So, for the last 3 days I have done the hard part of carefully planning and selecting my meals. Also the program helps you generate a weekly physical workout, and meditation! That's awesome Wendy! I stuck to 1200 calories when I was in the Biggest Loser competition. I found that exercising was my biggest helper though. Congrats on taking this step towards a new lifestyle! I'm supporting you all the way!

Good for you Wendy! Here to support you too! Mentally prepare yourself because your body will feel like it's starving for the first few weeks (because basically it is), but if you can make it through that, then you will do great!!

It is amazing how little our body really needs! At first it might get really difficult, but soon you'll start getting used to it. Then maybe you'll get addicted to how good it feels!
