When you least expect it......
While cooking breakfast Chula Vista District calls me and says can you come in for an interview. Can you be here in 45 minutes? Never got ready so fast. This would be my first choice district since I have subbed for them and already know people and ins and outs. Turns out it is for a 4-6th grade of 10 severely handicapped difficult kids. They just wanted to get to know me and a few other candidates. They will call me back. This is not the age level I wanted, however, I just want and need to get in. Then later I can switch or request a lower grade. So, just waiting for a call back. I would only have a week to prepare as their district starts July 21. Still have an interview for Southbay District tomorrow, and Escondido on Friday. Just when I was getting discouraged and felt like all my applying was hopeless, 3 calls in a week when I was least expecting anything BAM. Would appreciate prayers as it sounds like some decisions could be made by the end of the week. :)

That is awesome that you got THREE callbacks!! As an applicant to CVESD myself (many times over), I know how difficult it is to get any word from them, so that's fantastic! I pray whatever happens that God will prepare you for whatever blessings and challenges you may face!
