Happy and Joyous
Had a lovely group with new faces at vespers at our place Friday night. Went to bed late so only mommy made it to church. Saturday night was so fun hanging with the young adult gang at
Seaport Village. We ate some, played some on the carousal, and walked the paths by the water. It was so fun talking about the past and our make out points, etc... Kids were asleep instantly in the car, so when we got home my hubby and I were able to hang and watch T.V. and R and R happily without any kid interruptions!!!! Felt so wonderful to sleep in on Sunday. Weather is crystal blue skies and WARM. Feels like we skipped spring and sprung into summer!!! I worship the Sun! Found out that Uncle Mohri and Ryan will be trekking out here for a week!
My hubby's grandma just passed away this last Thursday. She was 100. I don't know anyone close who has lived a century. That in itself is amazing. She was adored and loved by her family who has been lovingly taking care of her since my hubby and I began our own family. Emeline and Noah would always check in on nanay during there frantic play at the B. grandparents house. When Emeline heard me talking to grandpa B. about the sad news of nanay she cried. It reopens wounds of saddness for me too as I recently had to say bye to my grandpa. But all we can do is live our lives and prepare to meet them again in a much better place! My laptop also died this weekend. I was in the middle of a project and it just went blank. The main component
fried. We don't have money for a new one. The frustrating part is that I might loose stuff in the transfer attempt. UGGGG! So bare with me if I take a while to blog or respond.
Happy weekend all!
