Updates

I am so bummed but all the pictures I took of Emeline going to school somehow were all fuzzy and blurry. I will try again this week.

We had a fun weekend. We just rested and woke up late Saturday. It was so nice to sleep in and not have to rush someone off to school. Although Emeline kept asking all weekend when she was going back to school. We spent the afternoon in Mira Mesa eating out and playing at a very nice kid friendly park. The evening was spent enjoying the last of the summer night programs and fireworks! I was ready to crash and sleep but ended staying up till the wee hours watching our basketball team play. I usually am not a big fan of sports, but I do love the Olypics. Sunday we out again and walked and played at the park under the Coranado bridge. The weather was gorgeous all weekend! I love my San Diego.

Emeline is doing very good in school. She is getting all the top color cards. She comes home and just talks up a storm about her day. She was able to tell me the name of 2 friends she made. There are 9 girls and 7 boys in her class. I can't wait to attend back to school night tomorrow.
